Special Projects
Only Pay for What You Need…Save Money and Downtime
“Our Special Projects division can, in short order, define and display how it can provide an enormous cost savings to your business.”
Brent Johnson, CEO, Ringland-Johnson Construction
The Advantage
Imagine the value of having the expertise of a construction firm at your disposal for even the smallest of projects and only paying them when you need them....
When you have an in-house maintenance staff, you pay them every day, you provide benefits, vacation time and sick time…whether or not you actually need them every day. And when you do need them, sometimes they’re not skilled to complete the task; other times you try to find projects to keep them busy and that takes your time away from what you need to do. How cost-effective is that?
Ringland-Johnson’s Special Projects Division allows you to save those costs and hire highly trained employees to complete the jobs you need done when you need them done. Whether facing a 3:00 a.m. emergency or something as simple as a door that needs installation, you can call a familiar voice backed by one of the area’s largest contractors who is the only one to have put in place a service division just to accommodate your everyday requirements.
Hourly, by the project, or by contract, we listen to your needs and find a maintenance agreement that works. From large school district projects to small manufacturing jobs, we can work within your existing space to keep costs down and results high.
We’re Carpenters… Designers…Contractors…Concrete Specialists and More.
We’re the solution to your maintenance and renovation needs.

mezzanine level that had to have concrete cut and replaced,
new foundations built and steel erected. Ringland-Johnson
continues to service both facilities, and has completed numerous
projects. Often this work is done with only 24 hour notice.
